finally, the next coming week is my last week before NTU biz starts. A new era begins and marks the end of my ARMY life and beginning to go back to school again. Time flies, still remember the time i was in tekong for 3 months, the 2 weeks confinement and soon i going to ORD. I like the feeling of it. this 2 years, i been through a lot of things that i never do before-ranges, throwing of grenade, fieldcraft, learning and repairing automotive. Really beyond what i expect it to be. I met a lot of friends who help and bring me along through the 2 years. Like BMT friends, BTT friends-ron, billy, yuzheng and seletar campmates-wei en, rufi, huat etc., NSDC 's joel and farzi. They are really good buddies sacrificing and sharing thick and thin together through different phase of my SAF.

i bought a Dell flat screen b4 GST increase, and going to upgrade my comp to dual core processor, all to prepare for the NTU. Buying of laptop will be at a later stage. Hope to build a home surround system.

2 years of NS, i fulfill a lot of my "wants", like renovating my room, buying sub-wooder n surround sound and now flat screen.
Going NTU my finanical will be slightly tighter but will try to work some parttime to solve that problem.

We to watch harry with ob in cathay yesterday. Not much of surprise and one of the lousier among the other harry's movie. And as usual kuku came out cursing and swearing why the director never follow to the book-she read the book and memorised every single details. Like colour of the robe and stuff...cant believe it. but ellow is really good, she watched the movie with his bf yet she accompany us again-friendship nv fails. Haha. Though everyone is busy with their life and work, we do spend some cosy n gossipy time together.

COC parade for Chief of Armour...i turned out to be ba kua! BBQ under the hot sun in the new coverall. Perspire till the whole coverall is wet and stinks. Luckily got sergeant Kelvin there to make fun and jokes. orelse i cant manage the 5 days for rehearsals and rehearsals. No time to rest too, as i need to wake up early to travel to boon lay to wait for sergeant kelvin to fetch me to the camp. Without transport is hell to go sungei gedong camp!!! luckily everything ended....glad. CMEO one starts next week...die liaO. hope the sun wouldnt be so HARDWORKING next week.

Kao, kena arrow b4 leaving ARMY. CAO COC parade at sungei gedong which is dammed far from my house. Everyday have to take train to Boon lay to meet sergeant Kelvin. A nice sergeant i should say...taught me many life lesson and how F up our situation can be. Coping with the changing situation and improve it. Today just my second day, n i am fully exhausted to the core. Some more next week i involved in CMEO COC parade, recovery standby and the next day i have recovery duty then work on sat. I AM dead!!!!!

After whole day of practice, i went to blahdee's house for sushi making. I reached around 6.30pm, and i am pretty hungry after tiring practice at MPCC. ya everyone is busy doing their stuff, so i took out my camera and start taking photos. Dun want to mess them up, thus i nv offer my help...ahhhaha. as usual, have worked in kitchen for a while, i start giving comments to agitate people. they wanted me to save the AVOCADO, but is too late. the avocado is too unripe. plus they cut it. so i cant do anything to it. Ob always go ALL out...buying jap rice, mirin, jap rice vinegar etc.. everyone is excited to make our own sushi and not bad, quite pro... we bought the wrong unagi- they bought the sadine one...(not nice)

4apples BBQ at pasir ris organise by Jon. So nice of him right. Ya quite a number of classmates attended the BBq, even mingfei and swiew cheng attended. Why i say so because i think i have not see them for like 6 years liao. Haha. Ya come to think we already graduated from NASS for around 6 years. some are still schooling, some already working..and everyone still interact very with each other though we meet once a while. maybe the bonding when we chiong for O level is well-built. too many food left, thus mrs sim and jon have to bring the leftover back home.


1st July- a New era!!!that i witnessed
GST increase to 7%, the previous one is not so significant to me as i am too young to feel the impact of 3 to 5%. But now 1st july, everything will be 2% more expensive than before. "reason being to GROW the economy"-government. GST relief package is transfer to us on the 29th june (fri) and after that i saw tonnes of people rushing to all shopping mall to do their last minutes shopping. yah i bought my new 19" flat screen from dell before the GST too. everyone is trying to save a bit. But the relief package can only relieve a little bit from the daily expenses. And dining outside will me even more expensive with the 2% increase...standard of living in singapore raises as the new era begin.

But NETT is charging the administration fee from us which i think is "stupiD!" . Now majority of the youngster are using debit card liao which has the functions of ATM, NETT, and debits. then why use the normal nett if they want to charge the admin fee. (CRAZY)


No smoking in pub and bars will bring a new change to Singapore night scene. A huge changes to all F&B people...with the new rules- more explanation need for foreign tourists and local smokers on where can & cannot smoke. Haha. though smokers might not like, but i welcome the new rules as it make the air fresher in the pub!!!haha
