life...changing. SAF mechanic is not like last time, we need to learn combat skills. And it makes life more stressful. knowing both skills- the repair and combat skills...( is not easy now-3G army mah!)...learning automotive is rather fun as it is area of specialisation that i dont think i will focus in my civilian scope...

2005 december, which is after my BMT, me, kuku and ellow went Bintan for 2 days 1 night Bintan trip as a retreat after my Tiring 24km route march at tekong. It is short but rather relaxing and fulfilling and satisfying....We went native massage and seafood dinner. The food taste good!!!! Travelling is always FUN and i miss it. Hope to do more travelling when $$ and when time allows.
Taiwan trip 2004 after graduating from TP. It is a long-planned trip and taiwan is a destination we WANT to go. After so much Food and Shopping shows from taiwan enter the Singaporean life. After watching lot of food and shopping of taiwan , we think we must go there. And beside the wonderful food and lots of shopping...the scenaries of beautiful nature rejuvenate us. I enjoyed viewing the green mountains and endless ocean( or rather sea) and the strength of mother nature. she create many wonders in Taiwan. kind of relaxing. i planned the itiernary after much research and it was indeed quite good. 5 days are short!
This photo taken at the Changi Airport balcony with real sunflowers before our departure for Thailand. The first and memorable oversea trip by myself and friends (Ob). Leading by yanling's father, we manage to go floating markets, chatuchak and many temples. That time, I still dun have a good camera so the resolution and lighting of photos are rather bad....but in this trip, my passport and money got stolen by their thai-native. Still quite scary come to think of it. Luckily, with yanling's dad help me to overcome the challenges and manage to get the temp. passport and fly back to singapore in time on SQ. This experience make me stronger when i faced crisis.travelling is always my dream

started travelling during poly to Thailand, Bangkok then a year later to Taiwan, Taipei. It was very fun and a good life experience for me. Going out of Singapore to take a short break and breathe in some fresh air + relax the mind and body. I like the research before departing for the destination. it allows me to understand more about the country or city. "geographically, culturally and most important shopping and entertainment highlights" maybe i did a bit of tourism subjects in school like planning itineraries. It kind of let me apply what i have learn to reality. Encounter many challenges and best is the food. subsequently will post up few of my favourite foto in thailand and taiwan.
yizhen's 21st birthday- the celebrity nitez
this is yizhen birthday! a gathering of secondary school friends too. Theme: celebrity. the theme created a lot of humor too. And elieen still the same as 38 as ever...creating many jokes that make us laugh like mad. and another friend turning 21st. happie birthday! take carez!Playing precious ruan
this zhongruan cost $3000. the most expensive thing i ever buy in my life till now. Was it on impulse? i also not sure. Started ruaning at the age of 17 , after graduation from secondary school. Started to love this instrument. Dunnoe why? the love is uncontrollable.i wanted to knoe more hence i started my private lesson with famous ruan performer and teacher "ms ding xiao yan" and that lasted 2 years plus...i went grading, performances and many concerts. i learn a lot from her.
then later i wanted to know more plectrum's technqiues, so i change to learn from " ms zhang rong hui" who is my current tutor too. both of them are nice but approach music and playing differently. Just trying to adjust to something i feel more comfortable with. Yah with the ruan for a year, i love her sound though it is really expensive. still havent tell my mum yet....haha! shiii!.....interest is something worth your time and effort to discover and sometime you will find unexpected gains.

.::watch "click" last last sat with a new frz Anthea. first impression of that movie was stupid and lame...And i really will not spend $9.50 for this type of show. But indeed it turn out to be quite a touching and realistic movie i ever watch. it depicts urban working man Adam Sandler, decided to fastforwards his boring family life using the universal remote control. However, by using that he miss out a lot of exciting and interesting moments between his wife, children and parents. I felt the same way after watching the show. Many urban people like us... work and work and work. forget why we work so hard for. finding excuses to meet up with friends and family. the show show people in a humorous way that no matter how much you earn or where are you... the closest link with you is your family and friends.
