- squeezing into the MRT train when the passengers have not alight
- refuse to offer seats to those who need it more
- press the close button to reject others from entering the elevator
- refuse to move into the rear of the bus
- never offer to open the door for the people behind
- spit into pubic train
- never clear up properly the utensil after meal
- critizing in the concert hall, threate and cinema
- talk on phone loudly in the library or quiet places
- last but not least....fake smile
Hope Singaporean can build up hospitality spirit by creating a more civilised, cultured and polite from their heart and not having those " FAKE" smiles during "SPECIAL" seasons. Like thailand and taiwan, when i was a tourist there 2 years back. The thais and taiwanese were majority polite and helpful. Most amazing part was in taiwan where the people queuing up neatly awaiting for the arriving trains. No overtaking or cutting the queue. And they actually keep 'right' when taking escalator. We can learn from them. I am learning too.
