After NS, I realise the importance of exercising and maintaining a balanced diet. Hence now more cautious with what i intake and the amount of vegetables and fruits i consumed. Not just that, I work out on weights 3 times a week and cardio training twice a week. THat freshened my life and i dont fall sick easily like last time in sec and poly era. LAst time used to hate running and exercising and think is a waste of time...but now beside entertainment, ruan, going gym is the third hobby. Not just, building a good health but also to tone up my body and LOOKS GOOD In the mirror. It is not late to start somewhere and live without regret!
