Section Proficiency test

I was informed on 04 of nov to join 3AMB section proficiency test on the 06 of nov. It was a bit rush hence i was not able to prepare my field equipment. I will be staying in 2 weeks and there will be outfield which is my nightmare. I hate outfield. No choice i ended up waking up very early in the morning of 6th, drag my tired body and extremely heavy duffle bag to the MRT to meet my friend. I have to catch the super early train or the first train i should say. WE TOOK the 7 AM train in order to reach the Jurong camp by 7.30pm. A very long journey from Eunos to BoonLay.
Reaching there and seeing unfamiliar faces, i feel exhausted as it will be another adaptation period-making new friends, adapting to staying in, adapting to different command. Luckily, the master sergeant and my "new" section mates are rather interesting. I learnt many ideas and fun games, and working style from them. They slowly accept me in their group.
In the theory lessons, we learnt many combat essential facts and common understanding which i have never encounter before. And playing with figurings is the most interesting part of the SOP generating. Though my section do quarrels and shout at each other like other group but we manage to smoothen down the atmosphere with a joke or smile. On the friday, we had a modified practice in the field to give us a taste of it....yah a taste of it. I still dont like it. Hope i will go through the 3 days 2 nights outfield tour peacefully ......
