Sometime just wondering why i did so much for??? Hate it man. Seems like all effort had gone to the sewage. Sian. How can such big organisation do such stuff? Thought they always emphasize on planning, managing and command and control. But to me, they failed. Failed in many areas. So sad to say that.... WHAT TO DO? I have no choice and no say! I am just too small to sound my opinion or they just wouldn't listen at all to my comments! I plan my day, my week, my month and year...how can they do last min changes?
