Worcestershire steak sauce-good for BBQ meat
wholegrain mustard-eat with beef
thousand island sauce-salad sauce with a bit of spicy after taste



Tartare Sauce: mayo with sour cut pickles)-goes well with seafood like dory, squid
soya sauce-branded
Salted soya bean, soft texture with a salty touch- goes with steaming fish or add to chilli



oyster sauce-goes with frying vegetables or marination
American mustard-goes with hotdog bun
mirin-slight sweet in flavour, used in Jap rice mixing etc



Jap cooking wine- goes well in marination and frying
Jap mayo-goes with egg mayo, mayo potato
Hua Tiao Wine- good with frying vegetables, marination



HP sauce- taste similar to Worcestershire sauce
Hollandaise sauce-white horse raddish with sour cream, give texture, sour taste and goes well with steak
Guacamole- spicy and creamy



Jap Vinegar-used a lot in jap cooking, mixing rice, mild than the normal western one
Vinegar-used in salad mixing and adding flavour
Chinese Black Vinegar- strong and thick black colour, used in Ba chou Mee
