What am I going to do? I dislike uncertainty.

Uncertainty brings innovation. But i am not that type of very creative and outstanding person. I really dont know what i am going to do after the 3 years NTU business. I hate making decision because i know when you choosen one, you have to give up other alternatives. i know this question will not have answer. I am just scared to fail. There is no room for failure here.
