A new western dessert place in the town-Canele at Shaw Centre. It is quite a wonderful division between the busy shopper-passerby and the customers who are enjoying the cakes, desserts and coffee/tea. I like the "divide". Sometime is just interesting to sit there observing people. The cakes taste similar to dear competitor- Bakerin. But the small restaurant create a lot warm with warm wood colour and decor of macarons everywhere. Kuku was so excited with those cute macarons displays- we should try them one day. And kuku since you so interested on how to make the cream #^$*%#&^ (forget the real name), you can sign up the baking class the chef Pang going to hold.
