ouch! i cant enjoy my dear holidays with such unknown incident happening. snacking at night..suddenly shoulder and neck felt so uncomfortable. the next morning is worst when i cant even brush hair with the shampoo. OMG. my fault- nv seek doctor immediately and went on to watch the stupid New Moon. that night it worst- i cant move. thanks to buddy jh, he introduce me this TCM at upper paya lebar. Went there...to my horror the medic just move and twist my hand like nobody business, then he started doing acupuncture and ba guan...my first time.scared the hell of me...and i have to keep biting my right hand. omg....but at least after everything...i feel much better now.
